The New International Private Equity & Venture Capital Valuation Guidelines
February 24, 2019
The International Private Equity and Venture Capital Valuation Guidelines Board recently published the 2018 edition of the International Private Equity and Venture Capital Valuation Guidelines. (the Guidelines).
We expect that private equity and venture capital fund managers and private equity investors would find the latest version of the Guidelines very helpful given that the latest version incorporates the feedback and experience of industry practitioners in applying IFRS 13 and ASC Topic 820 (US GAAP), and other valuation guidance from 2015, which was when the last revision was done to the Guidelines was in 2015. A copy of the 2018 Guidelines is available here
